Lots of years have passed since Dave and Michelle began their collaboration. Over time, their musical and life paths diverged - Dave formed his first rock band at age sixteen and began writing and recording songs in earnest in the early nineteen seventies. Michelle became a die-hard country music fan and a writer of prose. When they came back together, somehow they found a perfect melding of styles and tastes and began recording in 2001.
